International Warranty - Watch

Your Levendi timepiece has undergone rigorous quality control in accordance with the highest standards of the Swiss watchmaking industry. The warranty is valid for two years from the date of purchase against any malfunction resulting from defective components or workmanship, excluding the crystal, the racelet (leather, metal or other materials) and the case.

This warranty is only valid if your Levendi timepiece has been purchased from an authorized Levendi dealer. You must present the warranty card properly filled out and dated by the authorized Levendi dealer to obtain service under this warranty.

This warranty excludes wear and tear, breakage, operating faults and any other damage caused by accident, careless handling or misuse, including failure to observe the operating or maintenance instructions.

This warranty is void if your Levendi timepiece is tampered with by any party other than an authorised Levendi Service Center.

If any malfunction or defect occurs during the two-year warranty period, the dealer whose name is given on the warranty will repair the timepiece without charge.

Postage, handling and insurance costs incurred in delivering a timepiece to an authorized Levendi Service Center are the responsibility of the owner of the watch.

All warranties implied by law are limited to the two years period of this warranty. Some States do not allow limitations on the length of an implied warranty, in which case the above limitations may not apply to you.

This warranty does not affect your legal rights against the authorized Levendi dealer who sold your watch, under applicable national legislation governing the sale of consumer goods.
