When it comes to refunds, it's important to note this option is exclusively available for online orders where stock is not immediately available. Unfortunately, in-store purchases are not eligible for refunds, and Gift Cards fall under the category of non-refundable items.
For those seeking exchanges, our process involves the issuance of a credit note. This credit note holds significant flexibility, with no expiry date, allowing you to select an alternative item of equal or greater value. It's worth mentioning that opened jewellery cleaners or solutions, regrettably, cannot be exchanged.
Please note that all purchases of clearance sale items are final and are not eligible for exchanges or refunds.
Initiating a return or exchange is a simple process. Reach out to our dedicated team at Info@levendi.com promptly upon receiving the goods. Items intended for exchange or credit should be returned within a 14-day window, maintaining an unused condition and accompanied by the original packaging, receipt, and certificates.
In the case of online purchases, the return process requires sending items by post or registered courier, with the responsibility for secure return and associated expenses resting with the sender.
Upon receipt of your return, a detailed email notification will be dispatched, outlining the subsequent steps in the process. Exchanges will be seamlessly facilitated through our Head Office, with shipping charges applicable to items dispatched from Levendi Jewellers.
