CARE & MAINTENANCE

To ensure your jewellery remains beautiful for years to come, please follow these general care guidelines:

EVERDAY CARE

Remove jewellery before sleeping, showering, swimming, or exercising.

Avoid direct contact with perfumes, lotions, hairsprays, and cleaning products, as these can damage both metals and gemstones.

CLEANING YOUR JEWELLERY

Gently clean jewellery using a soft, lint-free cloth to restore shine.

For a deeper clean, soak the piece in lukewarm water with a mild soap and gently brush with a soft toothbrush. Rinse thoroughly and dry with a clean cloth.

Avoid ultrasonic cleaners unless you are certain they are safe for your specific piece.

STORAGE

Store each item separately in a soft pouch or its original box to prevent scratches.

Keep jewellery in a cool, dry place away from sunlight and moisture.

MAINTENANCE

Bring your jewellery to our Boutique to have it cleaned and inspected once a year to ensure settings are secure and the piece remains in excellent condition.

SPECIAL CONSIDERATION

Handle delicate pieces, pearls, and softer gemstones such as opals and turquoise with extra care. These should be kept away from water and chemicals.

White gold may require occasional rhodium plating to maintain its bright, white finish.
