Items intended for exchange or credit should be returned within a 14-day window, maintaining an unused condition and accompanied by the original packaging, receipt, and certificates.
In the case of online purchases, the return process requires sending items by post or registered courier, with the responsibility for secure return and associated expenses resting with the sender.
